A Bit About Carol Ann Reed
Allow me to introduce myself very briefly
A 6th generation native Texan, Carol Ann Reed is a natural born story teller. Raised by 2 parents, both of whom possessed a rather twisted sense of humor. But neither of them thought the other was funny at all. Naturally she became a stand-up comedian, touring the US and even a few stops in Europe. She doesn’t consider herself retired from comedy, rather she’s gone into private practice. A bit of a renaissance woman, Reed spends time exploring her many other gifts as a writer, painter, photographer, film maker and philanthropist. But, ask anyone, she’s still funny.
"I am a comedian, artist, music lover, philanthropist and storyteller. That’s what I love about writing. I’m very fortunate to have led a challenging but interesting life. My world is full of the most fascinating people with whom I have shared the most extraordinary adventures. I’m often told that I should write a book.
